There is inconsistency in how the points are represented for different recipes and it makes me concerned they really all represent freestyle. I am on ww freestyle & no mention of what the "free" foods are & they are included in the points values of her recipes. Donated this cookbook to my local library.
I bought this and a few other ones because they were cheap. I was proven right. The recipes were complicated and nothing I would eat. No pictures and the formatting was weird. Don't waste your time or money.
